Rolimus 10 is an antineoplastic chemotherapy drug, that contains Everolimus, which is an m-TOR kinase inhibitor. It acts as an immunosuppressant used to prevent the rejection of organ transplants and in treating several cancers.

How does Rolimus 10 work?

mTOR kinase is an essential enzyme required for cell growth, by inhibiting this enzyme prevents cancerous cells from spreading. 

It reduces blood supply to the cancer cells, thereby slowing their growth and spread. It targets the infected cancer cells, reducing unwanted damage to other healthy cells.

In organ transplant patients, it reduces the body’s immune response, helping the body acclimate with the new organ.
